oneZero Service: common questions
What does setup cover, and what does maintenance cover?
Setup takes the hub from licence to live: configuration, liquidity connections, aggregation, markups, routing, risk rules and platform bridges. Maintenance covers ongoing changes, monitoring, incident handling and reporting.
Can you connect oneZero to both MT4 and MT5?
Yes. We configure and test the connections to each platform you run and keep routing consistent between them.
How long does a oneZero setup take?
Timing depends largely on the number of liquidity providers and how quickly each completes its side of the connection. We map out the dependencies during assessment so you can see where time is spent.
Is the oneZero licence included?
No. Licences are contracted directly between your firm and oneZero. We set up, administer and support the platform you license; we do not resell or sublicense it.
Do we keep ownership of our servers, licences and data?
Yes. Your oneZero licence, configuration and data belong to your firm. We work under the access you grant us, document what we change, and hand everything back in full if you ever move the service elsewhere.
Can you take over an existing oneZero environment?
Yes. We start with an audit of the current configuration, access rights, backups and integrations, fix anything that puts stability at risk, and then move into routine administration. There is no need to rebuild from scratch.
