Trading Platform Services: common questions
Which platforms do you support?
MetaTrader 5, MetaTrader 4, cTrader, oneZero and PrimeXM XCore. We provide independent setup, administration and support for each; we are not affiliated with the platform vendors.
Is hosting included?
Managed hosting is included with our MT4 and MT5 services. For other platforms we work with the hosting arrangement you have, or discuss options with you.
Are platform licences included?
No. Licences are contracted directly between your firm and the platform vendor or your white-label provider. We work with the licences you hold.
Can you take over a platform another provider set up?
Yes. We begin with an audit of the existing configuration, access and backups, address anything that threatens stability, and then move into routine administration.
Who will we deal with day to day?
Engineers from our own team, with hands-on experience in broker trade operations and platform administration. You get named contacts and a clear escalation path.
